Delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-14 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
If for some reason the realization of the order should incur a delay, the customer will receive an email with the confirmation of the new date of dispatch.
Some products are made to your order, for example furniture. They are processed within 6-12 weeks depending of products. If you are not sure about delivery time, contact us before placing the order via email:

Delivery times depend on the carrier, the type of goods and the address of the recipient.
The date and time of delivery are not dependent on our store.
Our online boutique delivers products in all European countries (EU and outside EU), US, and all other countries.
Shipping costs to other countries than EU are depending on the address of the recipient and the size of the order.

Have you changed your mind and want to return the product?
You can return your purchases within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned products must be complete, in good condition, without signs of use, in original package.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to terminate the contract. To this end, a statement must be submitted (for example, a letter sent by email).
WARNING! Only standard products can be returned. Items produced on individual orders, like for example furniture, cannot be returned. Therefore, if you choose the individual order option, consider before submitting the order whether you have chosen the right color, model, size and quantity.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
In the event of termination of the contract, we will reimburse you in full.
The refund is made with the same method of payment you chose for the initial transaction, except in cases where you have agreed to other solutions.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the items.
